Jackson’s former doctor will use evidence that the late singer had a demanding and addictive personality as part of his claim that the star was responsible for his own death, reports TMZ.
The defence strategy will seek to show that Jackson was ruled by his desires, regardless of the consequences of his decisions.
He famously drank massive quantities of Coca Cola every day, despite knowing that the high sugar and caffeine content would prevent him from sleeping.
Sources allege that there were numerous incidents of Jackson using drugs – including Propofol, the substance that he overdosed on – to help him sleep after drink too much Coca Cola.
Murray, who stands accused of administering the overdose which killed Jackson, hopes to show that the notion that the star became impatient and self-medicated without his doctor’s knowledge is consistent with his personality.

I don’t think I’ll ever have any confidence in TMZ again-didn’t have much before!! Sun.they’re touting the defence team will say Michael gave himself the deadly dose. Murray says he was demanding and impatient when he wanted something. he woke up during the 2min Doc. went to the bathroom,got frustrated and injected the whole vial-minus the 2.5 Doc gave about an hr. before-into the IV line and died instantly. the IV port was close his left knee.

t sleep. All the caffiene and sugar, you know. Actually caffiene is addictive, fairly mildly. Ask anyone who drinks a lot of coffee or tea believes that. If you don’t get it your head pounds and you feel crappy.
I may sound calm but I want to scream-I don’t think Michael was demanding!! To sit up, bend his leg to get to the port, draw up the liq. in syringe and inject would be really difficult. lawyer said there was an empty vial under the night stand and a broken syringe on side table-why didn’t Doc get thet one when he was tidying up? Actually as far as I know neither side has seen the photo of the actual scene according Oxman, so how would anyone know it was there.
Susan, did you ever know him to be so demanding and impatient when wanted something??

Lol who isn’t demanding and impatient when they want something? Most people are about instant gratification–thats what they called it in my psychology class lol. And Kai Chase was his chef and so that means that he wanted something from her aka food. She never mentioned that he was demanding and impatient. She said that he was very sweet to her. And I’ve never heard of MJ having a coca cola addiction….Don’t you guys think it would have come up before now? But that would explain why he couldn’t sleep….caffeine is a b**** when it comes to sleep.
But this story is pretty bogus. It just doesn’t seem probable for Michael to do all of that in the time span of 2 min or so. And yeah his IV was attatched to his leg. And they say that MJ was long dead when they got him to the hospital so that means that after he injected himself he died instantly before Murray came back and found him? Nope I don’t think so….Not only that but Murray has changed his story quite a few times since MJ passed away. Doesn’t matter though, Murray is only the scape goat anyway.

All I can say is don´t trust TMZ…they make up a lot of stuff. I don´t see Michael drinking a lot of cola. Cola was not a problemin my eyes…

This story is so false and stupid.
1. Kai Chase said that on her first day working for MJ the kids told her that they were into healthy eating. So, why would MJ have the excessive desire to drink soft drinks, knowing that they are full of calories. And it doesn’t make sense that he would drink sodas, because he had kids, and kids like sodas, wouldn’t he be worried that Blanket would pick up a soda can and drink it.
2. Did the investigators look in the refrigerator/freezer to see what was in them, and did any report that there were excessive cans of soft drinks. Also did anyone look in the pantry, or trash to see empty soda cans? And MJ room was a mess, were there any cans in his room.
3. Susan- during your interview with ET, that MJ bathroom looked like a pharmacy, so because you said it, it’s possible that the defense can say, oh wait, Dr. Etok said , etc, etc, now it’s possible that MJ knew how to inject himself. They may call you in as a witness.
4.MJ had terrible acne that had to be smooth out, according to Dr. Arnie Klein, why would MJ drink loads of sodas? And if he was addicted to soda than the people who worked on the This Is It concerts must have seen him drinking sodas or sodas in his dressing room.

MJfan you make me laugh. According to point 3 of your post, Dr Murray’s case is going be decided solely on the basis of what I said to ET. I think the US legal system is a little more robust than that. To convict Murray/ whoever was responsible, the whole must come out. There will be truths that fans don’t want to hear but that is the way it has to be to get a full picture of what went on in the 12 months leading up to Mike’s passing. For me to withhold that information would have been irresponsible. Imagine if that info had been found out by CM’s defence team during the trial. Would look very odd that I said nothing! It’s very easy to judge from infront of a computer screen isn’t it?

My name is Pia, I’m from Sweden and have always been a huge fan of MJ. I have a few questions for, since you were close to Michael you must be the right one to ask. I really hope you will take the time to answer!
Have you heard about the theories that Michael’s death was faked? What do you have to say about this?
There’s also a lot of questions concerning Michael’s pressconference at O2-arena i march… some people think it wasn’t Michael, they say it was a double? I myself don’t really know what to believe anymore…

Michael didn’t fake his death. I wish he did, he’d still be with us. I did find the press conference in March last year at little off. I saw him the very next day and as I’ve said in many interviews he didn’t seem himself. It wasn’t a double, it definitely was him, albeit acting rather out of character.
There is so much rubbish out there. What to believe? Michael was an ordinary person (like anyone else) who had a huge heart and an amazing talent!!

Pia, I’m not Susan, but like you I am also a fan. I have come to the conslusion that MJ sold an image. We will never know who he really was, because he wanted it that way. He followed the ideas and beliefs of Ripley, who believed in illusion and to give your audience mystery . So, from that I take it that unless his children, David Gest, his mother, Elizabeth Taylor, Chris Tucker, his other close friends wites a tell all book, we will never know who MJ really was. And you know what, his life will forever be a mystery because those closest too him aren’t talking. This man was such a great actor, he even created the soft timid voice for the public. Only in his anniversary special, you can actually hear somewhat of his real voice. For MJ to hide his true voice, his relationships, and the most mediocure parts of his life, it’s safe to say that we really didn’t know him as a person. There’s nothing wrong with that. I’m happy that he wasn’t like his pubic persona, frankly from what his close confidantes say about him as a real person seems more interesting than his public image. But, in a way that had alot to do with his demise, when people can’t figure you out, they seek to destroy you, and poor MJ fell victim to that.
Side-note: Off topic, but I read part of an interview that Chili, from the group TLC did, and it was really cute. She spoke about how she had a chance to talk to MJ a few times, and one time MJ motioned to kiss her on the cheek, and she turned , in time for his lips to touch hers. That is so funny. She always called MJ her husband. He must have been flattered. ll

I agree with you. I think Michael sold an image and I’m sure he had a reason. I don’t think that everything we saw was necessarily part of that image cause I’m sure the “real” Michael had a stock in that “image” we got to see and I don’t think he created an image because he was a sinister and bad person but to protect his privacy which he had a right to. I’m very private myself. I learned that from my mother. Even when I have a boyfriend, it’s definitely not common knowledge. One becuase I get extremely embarrassed and 2. people love to speculate. So why not let them speculate on what they don’t know rather than what they do.
Many people think it was bad that he created an image for people to see but why is that bad? It’s bad to maintain privacy? And you are 100% correct when you say that it backfired for him. It definitely came back to bite him in the ass because he was such a mystery people tried to fill in the gaps of what they didn’t know. And people being people had to fill those gaps with the worst stuff they could think of i.e. child molestor, weirdo, “he clearly want’s to be white”….etc.
Off topic–I love that story about Chilli!!! She is so pretty to me anyways and that’s so cute that MJ accidently kissed her on the lips. I know Mike kept his relationships private–which I love–but I’ve come to the conclusion that Mike was an undercover ladies man. People can say that he’s asexual all they want but thats the whole “image” thingy kicking in LOL. I’ve haerd that Michael was an Ass-Man. How cute is that???

Ny , I read that article about MJ and butt thing. That was funny and lighthearted. The examples that people gave are hilarious. And Kai Chase interview had me dying, she was so animated. If MJ was just a regular Joe , that would have been sexual harrassment.lol, he did it on a sly, that was too cute. Big Mike was pimpin. lol, It was funny how it was the same week of MJ death and she was still able to laugh and and be flattered at MJ checking out the booty. Since that story, it’s funny Kai has a small fanbase on Youtube, even fans discussing how cute they would have been as a couple. All because of her MJ story. lol So cute. We fans are the greatest.lol.

I agree with you though about truths coming out that freak some fans out. I’m not trying to be messed up or anything but they will have to get over it. If they would just look @ him like a normal human being instead of some divine individual they wouldn’t be so upset. He was who he was. Get over it. MJ clearly wanted people to love him flaws and all. That’s probably why he didn’t let anybody see all of the real him because he didn’t think anybody would love him how he was instead of how they wanted him to be. It’s actually quite tragic. Tsk-tsk people of the world lol.

I still think Murray did it but-please everybody don’t get mad at me.
Was there any possibility that another person was in that room that night, at some time, ans injected that much Propofol?? Was there actually a vehicle that pulled out of the driveway sometime in the night, as first reported by a neighbor, or someone?? The amt of the drug in his body at autopsy was “the amount used on avg. pt. for intra-abdominal surgery”. With ventilator and monitors, etc. Believe me you want to be way under for gut surgery, and they keep you that way.
I knoe Michael would be angry and frustrated with Doc. fooling around with all that other junk he shot into him- then only giving him 25mg that late in the AM. That would only let him sleep a very short time. But grabbing a vial, loading the syringe, we don’t know how big the syringe was-if it was 5 or 10ml. If he drew up 10ml and injected it in that awkward position in “2 min.” Another thing it has to be mixed with Lidocaine because it hurt going in. He probably wouldn’t care about the burning if he was that desperate though. It just doesn’t go together for me-the pieces don’t fit. Why so many empty bottles on the table???? If anybody knows anything re that car leaving and the time please let me knpw!

Call me stupid/crazy/ignorant but whenever people talk about the trial or doctor Murray I just roll my eyes. I really don’t think there will be any justic for Michael because Dr. Murray is simply a fall guy. That’s just how I see it. I don’t think it was an accident and I’m not convinced that Michael’s drug addiction killed him either. He was murdered and I don’t even think it was just for his money. Call me crazy if you want…I won’t lose any sleep over it. =D
Got a video for you SB—I think you might find it very interesting. I don’t know where the documents come from I really don’t so I can’t say with 100% certainty that they are real but they look pretty real to me. That means nothing but check it out anyway.

I read the autopsy report several times. The ‘body sheet’ was confusing and illegible so I missed that.
Thanks for the video. I had already found the allgood deal info somewhere online. I was shocked because I hoped Frank had been loyal.
I caught a short vid a few weeks ago-the day before the last hearing that they postponed. Messereau and Frank coming out of a rest. or coffee shop and there was a bunch of paps there with cameras rolling. Mezz. was friendly and open as usualand Frank jumped back in the shadows with an alarmed look on his face. Mezz. opened his trunk-still chatting-andhanded Frank a lg. manila envelope. He took it and trotted up the street. Mezz got in his car, still chatting to them, and drove away.
I trust Messereau but Frank acted sooo fearful and guilty I never forgot.
Something big is going on still.

I saw a pic online somewhere the other day-during the TII prod time. Kenny at monitor and Michael leaning over to see what he was showing him. App 5 Coke cans around room near various monitors with huge red arrows pointing to them. The one nearest Michael looked like it was closest to Kenny’s monitor. The others just scattered around various work surfaces implying MJ left them there. Other people used that same area.
In the LAPD report there were “several empty OJ containers on side table’. What Murray thinks is excessive might be two. He’s really stretching now!!!!!!!!!!
