Oh my, it really has been a crazy month on the Michael Jackson front since I’ve been away:

Arnold Klein and Jason Pfeiffer have been busy talking about Michael’s sexuality and are now apparently receiving death threats for it. Liz Taylor stepped in and bashed Arnold via twitter and made a dig at Debbie Rowe. It’s all getting a bit out of hand. The FBI has been involved now and the pair are under “police protection”. My oh my…..when will this craziness ever end?  You can see their twitattack here  and here.

According to the UK’s Daily Star today, Michael’s children are far from happy with Dr Klein. They’ve heard about the rumours and they want nothing more to do with him now. I must admit that I’m hardly surprised about this. It’s such a shame that they had to find out about this. You can read about it here.

On the subject of Michael’s children – the videos on YouTube. I must confess that it was nice to see that they are relatively happy and just doing their thing like regular kids their age. But I know that Michael would not have wanted these videos to be circulating around the internet.

The question is… how did they get out there? Was a computer hacked or was it one of the kids being a kid and just goofing around? Both possibilities are plausible but I do hope that the kids put them up themselves. It is mortifying to think that someone could have sunk so low as to hack into a computer just to get photos of Michael’s children.

Randy Jackson’s tweets are worrying and confusing me lately. He expressed concern about the MJ tribute in Rome on 25^th June and had a dig at Brian Oxman. I don’t know what to make of it and am not sure how called for it was. I wish people would communicate with each other directly rather than using social networking sites to pass messages across. All I know about the matter is that Brian Oxman works for Joe Jackson and Joe Jackson is happy with what Brian is doing. He said so himself in an interview aired on Ustream. Click here to watch it.

Conrad Murray seems to be flavour of the month at TMZ. Some other news websites are now hailing him a hero for rescuing a damsel in distress. Well, actually it was a woman who says she “fainted for half an hour” on a plane that Conrad Murray just happened to be on. Does this act of “selflessness” get him off the hook? Are the public this fickle? Not by a long shot!

On a much more positive note, Michael has had a sun shower at forest Lawn thanks to Lisa Marie Presley. The pictures of the sunflowers look just divine. Thank God for small mercies, well done LMP!!

Dr. Arnold Klein — Michael Jackson‘s long-time best friend and physician — tells TMZ he did not betray Michael Jackson by claiming to TMZ that MJ had an affair with Klein’s office manager … and he’s freaked out that he’s getting “a lot of horrible death threats.”

Klein and office manager Jason Pfeiffer were featured on “Extra” a few days ago — during the interview Pfeiffer claimed to have had a romantic relationship with MJ.

Klein called in during TMZ Live last Friday, and said Michael was gay and Jason was “the love of his life.”

On Saturday, Klein told TMZ he does not believe he betrayed Jackson because Jackson never tried to hide his sexuality. We called Klein out on his statement, because it seems to us MJ went to extreme lengths to keep his sexuality a secret.

Klein told us Saturday, “Was he gay? Yes.” He then went on to say his declaration is meant to shoot down rumors that Jackson was a pedophile. And, Klein says, as far as he knows, Jason’s alleged two-month relationship is the only gay relationship Jackson ever had.

Pfeiffer says, “Michael was not ashamed of his sexuality.”

Klein and Pfeiffer say they have received numerous “horrible death threats” since their statements became widely public this week. They have both been in touch with the FBI and now say they have bodyguards.

It seems so typical that every time a celebrity passes away some clown comes out of the woodwork and tries to say that the person “owed” them money.  The newest person to try and get money from Michael Jackson’s estate is long time “friend”, Raymone Bain.

Bain who was also a publicist for Jackson, claims that he owed her $44 million in back wages and profit sharing.  Today Michael Jackson’s estate sent her back a nice ol’ letter with big red letters, “DENIED”.

Good day, Ms. Bain.

The estate is expecting more denied claims to be issued soon.

A friend  would give his wallet a break!

The syringe that administered the fatal drugs to Michael Jackson is set to be auctioned.

It is thought his siblings Janet and Tito were told about the sick stunt by lawyers representing the unnamed seller and the outraged family are desperate to stop the sale.

The needle is being touted around auction houses in Vegas with a price of up to $5million (£3.3million).

It was obtained secretly and could go under the hammer on June 25 – the first anniversary of the 50-yearold singer’s death in Los Angeles. his personal doctor, Conrad murray, 57, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and is set to face trial this year.

 A source said: “This is one of the sickest lots ever put up. The syringe is no longer needed in the inquest or in murray’s forthcoming trial but the moral implications don’t bear thinking about.

“The guy who has possession of the needle has been in meetings with his legal team, making sure it is legitimate and his to sell. The plan is to flog it for up to $5million in a big Vegas casino but he’s been told he may have to sell it somewhere that doesn’t have ‘reciprocal legal agreements with the United States’, such as Brazil or even Libya.

“The validity of the sale is a matter of interpretation, dependent on whether the DA believes a crime has even been committed.

“rumours are leaking thick and fast and the Jackson family are aware of the auction plan.

“They are furious and incensed that someone is yet again trying to profit from him. It’s an incredibly distressing time for them.”

The autopsy revealed the Thriller star died from “lethal levels” of a powerful anaesthetic, propofol.

murray, who had been treating Jackson for his insomnia for six weeks, is alleged to have induced sleep by administering drugs such as valium, lorazepam and midazolam – before injecting a fatal dose of propofol.

Last month the doctor denied the manslaughter charges. If found guilty he could face up to four years in prison.

Michael Jackson’s former protégé, Omar Bhatti, has been living with the Jackson family and telling Michael’s three children that he’s their father, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Bhatti, a 25-year-old Norwegian rapper, was rumored to be Michael’s son and showed up on the Jackson scene in 1996.

Sources tell RadarOnline.com exclusively that Bhatti has even told Jackson’s children, “Call me Michael” and introduces himself as Michael.

It’s a shocking rare behind-the-scenes look at what is really happening at the Hayvenhurst compound where Jackson’s children live with their grandmother Katherine and as many as 14 others at any given time. California’s Department of Children and Family Services has visited the home several times recently and has an open investigation into the situation.

“Omar has even told the children he has changed his name from Omar Jamal Bhatti to Omar Michael Bhatti,” a source with extensive knowledge of the situation told RadarOnline.com.

“He has infiltrated the Jackson family in a way that many find to be disturbing and detrimental to the children,” the source added.

At various times Bhatti has told Blanket, Paris and Prince that he is their father, that their father sent him to take care of him and that he is a real Jackson.

Some see him as a 25-year-old man exploiting the raw emotions and confused mental state of Michael’s children.

He is also living off the Jacksons’ money.

As a child he dressed identical to Michael, who seemed to revel in the confusion and controversy Omar’s appearance generated. Michael even told some people that Omar was his son.

But others say that since Michael’s death, Omar has latched on to the family and is manipulating Michael’s children constantly.

Prince has been particularly vulnerable to Omar and his claims,” the source said. “He’s starting to believe Omar’s claims that Michael is his father.”

Brown Announces Arrests of Nursing Home Employees Who Drugged and Killed Patients for Staff’s Convenience

BAKERSFIELD -Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced the arrests of a nurse, physician, and a pharmacist of a nursing home for “forcibly administering” psychotropic medications for their own convenience, rather than for their patients’ therapeutic interests, actions that are alleged to have resulted in the deaths of three residents.

“These people maliciously violated the trust of their patients, by holding them down and forcibly administering psychotropic medications if they dared to question their care,” Attorney General Brown said. “This is appalling behavior, which amounts to assault with a deadly weapon.”

Earlier today, California Department of Justice special agents arrested three individuals:

- Gwen Hughes, the former Director of Nursing at the skilled nursing facility of the Kern Valley Healthcare District in Lake Isabella, Kern County on charges of elder abuse and assault with a deadly weapon.

- Debbi Hayes, the former pharmacist at the Valley Healthcare District, on charges of elder abuse and assault with a deadly weapon.

- Dr. Hoshang Pormir, a staff physician at Kern Valley Healthcare District, who was serving as the medical director of the skilled nursing facility, on charges of elder abuse.

Upon taking over as Director of Nursing in September 2006, Gwen Hughes ordered that Alzheimer’s and other dementia patients be given high doses of psychotropic medications to make them more tranquil and easy to control. She ordered the administration of these medications to patients who argued with her, were noisy, or who were otherwise disruptive. Two patients who resisted were held down and forcibly given injections.

Ms. Hughes is also alleged to have directed Debbi Hayes, the hospital pharmacist, to fill prescriptions for these psychotropic medications. Hayes wrote and filled these prescriptions without first obtaining a doctor’s approval.

Dr. Hoshang Pormir approved these psychotropic medications only some time after they had been administered and without examining the patients first and determining whether these psychotropic medications were medically necessary.

Several of these patients are alleged to have had medical complications as a result of being given these psychotropic medications, including lethargy and the inability to eat or drink properly. It is believed that that three patients died and one patient suffered great bodily injury as a result.

The investigation

Kern Valley Healthcare District operates a small community hospital and skilled nursing facility in Lake Isabella. The case came to the attention of authorities in January 2007, when an ombudsman reported to the Bakersfield office of the California Department of Public Health that a patient in the skilled nursing facility had been held down and given an injection of psychotropic medication by force.

The Department of Public Health immediately sent an investigative team with a doctor, a nurse, and a doctor of pharmacology. They determined that 22 patients, including some who were suffering from Alzheimer’s at the skilled nursing facility, were being given high doses of psychotropic medication not for therapeutic reasons, but to simply control and quiet them for the convenience of the staff.

The Department of Public Health issued a Certificate of Immediate Jeopardy which resulted in the immediate dismissal of the Ms. Hughes. The matter was then turned over to the California Department of Justice, Bureau of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse.

Special Agents from the Bureau of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse began a year-long investigation, with the co-operation and assistance of the Department of Public Health and the administration of the Kern Valley Healthcare District.

A search warrant was served on the facility in August 2008, resulting in the seizure of numerous medical files and records.

Criminal charges were filed in Kern County Superior Court. The defendants are being held in Kern County Jail in Bakersfield. They will be arraigned on Friday. If convicted, the defendants could face up to 11 years in prison.

The case is being prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Bureau of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse, with the co-operation and assistance of the Kern County District Attorney’s Office.

A new audio clip has been leaked online that shows Dr. Conrad Murray left an answerphone message to one of his patients around the same time he was supposed to be performing CPR on Michael Jackson before his confirmed death.

 The recording, which will be used by both the defense and the prosecution in the case shows that Dr. Murray sounds calm and collective while telling patient Bob Russell about a heart scan.

 The 18-second answerphone message took place at 11:54am, the same time that Los Angeles police claim Murray was performing frantic CPR on the King of Pop in his bedroom after taking the deadly intake of the drug Propofol.

 Murray apparently told police that he started resuscitation at around 10:52am, and did so for over an hour. But the new evidence aims to discredit the Los Angeles police reports, stating that he started the CPR at the suggested time.

A source who are close to the Murray defense team said that “It’s clear from the voicemail that Murray is not a man who sounds frantic, worried or in a stressful position.”… “But if the police’s timeline is correct, then he would have been almost an hour into giving Jackson CPR.”

 Ed Chernoff, Murray’s lawyer hopes that the new evidence will discredit cops interviews with the Doctor, proving that every interview was a lie, and that they aimed to bungle the enquiry. The audio clip can be found here via News of the World who obtained the voicemail message.
